The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, manage QC teams, and maintain compliance across operations.

Lead and oversee the Quality Control department

Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and audits

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and certifications

Monitor production processes to maintain quality benchmarks

Analyze quality data and drive corrective actions

Train and mentor QC team members

Coordinate with production, operations, and management teams

✅ Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Proven experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance leadership role

Strong knowledge of quality systems and compliance standards

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
