Description:

Dhirendra Group is currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, or Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR operations, generalist functions, administration, or HR business partnering within the agriculture or soya industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Compensation and Benefits Administration:
– Administer compensation and benefit plans for employees.
– Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits-related matters.

2. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
– Assist in talent acquisition processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
– Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

3. Employee Onboarding and Training:
– Conduct employee onboarding sessions.
– Help organize training and development initiatives.

4. Employee Relations and Support:
– Address employee queries related to leaves, compensation, and other HR topics.
– Resolve any issues that may arise.

5. Policy Development and Implementation:
– Assist in creating and implementing human resource policies.
– Ensure compliance with legal requirements.

6. Performance Management:
– Participate in performance appraisal processes.
– Gather and analyze HR metrics (e.g., time to hire, turnover rates).

7. Record Keeping and Data Management:
– Maintain employee files and records (both electronic and paper-based).

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 2 to 6 years of experience, preferably in the Agritech industry.
– Strong understanding of HR operations, including compensation and benefits administration, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
– Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
– Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
