Description:

Dhirendra Group is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Research Analyst to join our team in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have experience in the agri/soya seed domain and possess strong business intelligence and analytics skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research:
– Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
– Gather data from various sources such as surveys, interviews, industry reports, and online analytics tools.

2. Data Analysis:
– Analyze data to extract actionable insights that can inform marketing strategies.

3. Consumer Segmentation:
– Identify different market segments based on demographics, psychographics, and behavioral patterns.

4. Performance Tracking:
– Monitor and measure the performance of marketing campaigns across different channels.
– Set KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and use metrics like ROI, CTR (Click-Through Rate), conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs to assess effectiveness.

5. Forecasting and Predictive Analysis:
– Use historical data and statistical models to forecast future trends, sales projections, and consumer demand.

6. Competitive Analysis:
– Keep track of competitors’ marketing strategies, product offerings, and market positioning.

7. Recommendations and Reporting:
– Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI.

8. A/B Testing and Experimentation:
– Design experiments to test different marketing tactics, messaging, and creative elements.

9. Customer Feedback Analysis:
– Mine customer feedback from various sources to understand sentiment, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for improvement.

10. Adapting to Technological Changes:
– Stay updated on the latest marketing tools, technologies, and platforms to leverage data-driven insights effectively and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
– Previous experience in the agri/soya seed domain is highly preferred.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
– Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or R.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
