Description:

Dhirendra Group is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee our operations in Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh. The Plant Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:
– Oversee day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring production targets are met.
– Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant efficiency and productivity.
– Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

2. Team Leadership:
– Lead and motivate a team of production staff, supervisors, and technicians.
– Provide guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and morale.
– Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

3. Quality Control:
– Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards and customer requirements.
– Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.

4. Maintenance and Engineering:
– Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
– Work closely with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

5. Health and Safety:
– Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
– Promote a safe working environment and actively participate in safety initiatives.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
– Proven experience in plant management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
– Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Sound understanding of production processes, quality control, and maintenance practices.
– Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
– Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
– Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
