Job description:
Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls and emails.
Understand partner needs and provide solutions.
Manage the sales cycle / pipeline and achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
Build strong B2B/B2C relationships and ensure customer engagement.
Close deals, process payments, and maintain partner relationships.
Keep up with product and service information and updates.
Eligibility
Any graduate / relevant degree (MBA preferred).
Female candidates preferred.
Minimum 2+ years of inside sales / business development / tele sales experience.
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) preferred.
Industry-based sales experience will be an added advantage.
Skills
Strong communication in English & regional languages.
Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
Proven ability in lead generation, cold calling, and target achievement.
