Key Responsibilities:
Develop expertise in Shopify-specific product listing techniques, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
Create and maintain optimized product listings, including accurate titles, descriptions, images, and tags.
Generate and submit weekly listing progress reports, covering both bulk and manual listing updates.
Monitor Out of Stock (OOS) products and promptly update inventory to avoid overselling.
Collaborate with IT to identify and resolve price and quantity (PnQ) discrepancies within Shopify and integrated marketplaces.
Troubleshoot and resolve held orders or listing errors to ensure smooth order processing.
Ensure timely completion of listings in coordination with Account Managers and marketing teams.
Manage high-priority listings and provide additional support during promotional campaigns or seasonal sales.
Regularly review and update product categorization, tags, and SEO metadata to improve search visibility and sales performance.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce product listing (Shopify preferred; experience with other marketplaces like Amazon/eBay/Walmart is a plus).
Hands-on knowledge of Shopify CMS, product listing workflows, and compliance guidelines.
Familiarity with SEO best practices for product titles, descriptions, and tags.
Basic understanding of inventory management and OOS handling.
Experience working with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and bulk uploads.
Exposure to product image optimization and content standards.
Knowledge of PnQ (Price & Quantity) reconciliation and order troubleshooting.
Understanding of digital sales cycles, promotional campaigns, and seasonal catalog management.

Soft Skills:
Accuracy in titles, descriptions, tags, and inventory to prevent errors or overselling.
Ability to prioritize high-volume listings and meet tight deadlines.
Proactive in resolving order holds, errors, or discrepancies in product data.
Works effectively with IT, Account Managers, and Marketing teams.
Flexibility to handle urgent listing changes during campaigns or sales seasons.
Ability to monitor product performance and suggest improvements for SEO and visibility.
Clear updates and reporting to internal stakeholders.
Taking responsibility for timely, error-free listing execution.

Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and Shopify product listing processes.
Experience with integrated marketplaces such as Walmart, Amazon, and eBay is preferred.
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, formulas, and shortcuts, for bulk listing management and reporting.
