As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be the driving force behind identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to build strong talent pipelines and ensure the best candidate experience while supporting the company’s rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
Source and attract candidates through multiple channels: job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and headhunting.
Screen resumes, shortlist qualified candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
Manage and coordinate the interview process with hiring teams to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding.
Maintain accurate candidate data using Keka or other recruitment tools.
Draft and negotiate offers, ensuring timely closures and a positive candidate experience.
Build and nurture relationships with external recruitment partners when required.
Keep up with recruitment trends, market intelligence, and innovative hiring practices.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on talent acquisition strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or similar roles.
Strong exposure to volume hiring as well as niche hiring.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong interview and assessment capabilities.
Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
Ability to handle multiple priorities with ownership and accountability.
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva is a plus.
