We are hiring an Equity Advisor to join our growing team. The role requires strong knowledge of equity markets, client acquisition, and portfolio advisory with a focus on delivering profitable investment solutions while maintaining client trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and service clients through Demat accounts.

  • Actively manage client portfolios to achieve target AUM.

  • Identify customer needs, assess risk appetite, and provide suitable investment options.

  • Share regular market updates and recommend necessary portfolio adjustments.

  • Ensure healthy revenue growth without compromising client profitability.

  • Focus on client mining and relationship building.

  • Conduct regular client meetings and maintain records in the meeting tracker.

  • Present investment ideas, stock recommendations, and market insights to clients.

  • Stay updated with market news, financial trends, results, and analyst meets for enhanced client servicing.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Intermediate/Graduate/Postgraduate with 2–4 years of experience in equity advisory.

  • NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification is mandatory.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

  • Proactive, self-starter, and target-oriented.

  • Ability to stay updated with market developments and provide timely advice.
