Job Description
We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor who will also handle social media management responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to combine their video editing expertise with social media strategy and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing:
Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content
Create promotional videos, social media content, and marketing materials
Add graphics, animations, sound effects, and music to enhance videos
Ensure brand consistency across all video content
Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
Social Media Management:
Create and curate content for various social media platforms
Schedule and publish posts across multiple channels
Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages
Monitor social media trends and suggest content strategies
Track and analyze social media performance metrics
Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns
Required Skills:
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
Knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices
Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools)
Understanding of video formats and compression for different platforms
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Good communication and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in video editing and social media management
Portfolio showcasing video editing work and social media campaigns
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation
Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
Understanding of SEO and social media analytics
