Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our New Car Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, and closing vehicle sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
• Sell new cars to individual and corporate customers
• Generate leads through various channels including referrals, walk-ins, and digital platforms
• Follow up on inbound telephonic enquiries, walk-in prospects, and website enquiries
• Arrange customer appointments and showroom visits
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options
• Provide superior customer service by addressing all queries and concerns
• Negotiate terms of sales agreements and successfully close sales
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals

Requirements
• Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Target-driven with a strong sales mindset
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
