Job Title: MIS / Business Analyst (Executive Assistant to National Sales Head)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical MIS / Business Analyst to support the National Sales Head (NSH) in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in sales reporting, dashboard preparation, meeting coordination, and cross-functional communication. This role requires strong analytical ability, business acumen, and excellent proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Key Responsibilities

Sales MIS & Reporting:
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales dashboards
• Analyze sales performance data and generate actionable insights
• Track KPIs, targets, and regional performance metrics
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting

Executive Support:
• Provide day-to-day administrative and analytical support to the NSH
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business review documents
• Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting)
• Coordinate follow-ups on action items

Coordination & Communication:
• Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams
• Consolidate regional data and reports
• Facilitate internal communication across departments

Travel & Logistics:
• Arrange travel bookings, itineraries, and accommodation for the NSH
• Manage expense tracking and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in MIS, business analysis, or executive support
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards)
• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Word
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Skills
• Experience in sales analytics or FMCG/retail industry
• Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools (preferred)
