**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking dedicated Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls to promote our real estate offerings and provide information to potential clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Good Communication Skills:** Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills to effectively convey information about our properties and services to clients.

2. **Make at least 100 calls per day:** Engage in outbound calling activities to reach out to potential customers and generate leads. Aim to make a minimum of 100 calls daily to maximize outreach and achieve targets.

3. **Outbound and Inbound Calls:** Handle both outbound calls to prospective clients and inbound calls from interested individuals. Provide information, address inquiries, and follow up on leads as necessary.

4. **Minimum Qualification: Graduation:** Ensure that candidates possess a minimum qualification of graduation to meet the educational requirements for the position.

**Requirements:**
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Ability to engage confidently and persuasively with clients over the phone.
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding call targets and sales quotas.
– Graduation degree or equivalent qualification required.
– Previous experience in telecalling or telesales preferred, but not mandatory.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
