**Job Description:**
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services over the phone, meeting sales targets, and building positive relationships with prospects.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
– Familiarize yourself with all details of the product or service offerings provided by Global Realty
– Regularly update and obtain lists of individual contact details for potential customers
– Meet and exceed sales targets set by the organization
– Stay updated with market trends and industry developments to better serve customers
– Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and services
– Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects through effective communication and follow-up
**Requirements:**
– Previous experience in telesales or a similar role preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of real estate industry terminology and practices is a plus
– Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
