Job Description

Blinkit Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic Telecalling Executives to handle customer interactions, support delivery-related queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage high‑volume calls professionally.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers regarding order updates, delivery confirmations, and feedback.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide timely resolution.
Update customer information in the system accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations or delivery support.
Maintain call logs and daily reporting.

🎯 Required Skills

Good verbal communication skills (Hindi/English).
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM tools.
Ability to handle customer concerns patiently.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts (if required).

💼 Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Must have a laptop/desktop + stable internet connection
Prior telecalling/BPO experience is a plus, but not mandatory
