**Duties and Responsibilities:**
– **Client Interaction:**
– Meet with clients to understand their financial needs.
– Offer specialized financial guidance and advice.
– **Financial Planning:**
– Complete financial needs analysis for clients.
– Create and explain customized financial plans tailored to individual needs.
– Utilize knowledge of tax investment strategies.
– **Portfolio Assessment:**
– Assess clients’ financial portfolios and analyze their risk factors.
– Encourage clients to invest for their future financial security.
– **Compliance and Training:**
– Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies.
– Attend product launches, seminars, and undergo training on the latest products and benefits.
**Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:**
– Education: Xth, XIIth, Graduation, or equivalent.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Professional appearance and demeanor.
– Willingness to undergo training and attend seminars.
– Compliance with company regulations and policies.
**Salary:**
– **Monthly Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
**Gender:** Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
