Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecalling Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly.
Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain customer databases and update records accurately.
Handle inbound calls and address customer queries.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Share customer feedback with the sales and management team for improvements.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of telecalling/telemarketing/customer support experience.
Excellent communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi (preferred).
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, CRM tools).
Target-driven with a positive attitude.
