### Job Summary

Hire Next is looking for an enthusiastic and confident **Telecaller** to join our recruitment team. The candidate will communicate with job seekers, understand their requirements, share suitable job opportunities, and coordinate the recruitment process.

### Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to candidates regarding available job opportunities.
* Understand candidates’ skills, experience, and job preferences.
* Explain job roles, responsibilities, eligibility, and interview details clearly.
* Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and job opportunities.
* Maintain accurate candidate information and call records.
* Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding candidate requirements and updates.
* Handle candidate queries professionally.
* Achieve daily calling and candidate-engagement targets.
* Maintain a positive and professional relationship with candidates.

### Requirements

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
* Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Basic computer knowledge.
