### Job Summary

Hire Next is looking for a creative and skilled **Video Editor** with 2+ years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, a good sense of storytelling, and the ability to create engaging videos for social media and digital platforms.

### Key Responsibilities

* Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other digital platforms.
* Create engaging Reels, promotional videos, hiring videos and social media content.
* Add transitions, text, subtitles, effects, music and sound design where required.
* Work with raw footage and transform it into polished, engaging content.
* Maintain consistency with brand style and visual identity.
* Coordinate with the digital marketing and creative team.
* Complete assigned video projects within deadlines.
* Stay updated with current video-editing trends and social media formats.

### Required Skills

* **CapCut**
* **DaVinci Resolve**
* **Filmora**
* **VN Video Editor**
* **Adobe Premiere Pro / Adobe After Effects**
* Good understanding of transitions, typography, colour correction, audio and pacing.
* Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
* Creative mindset and attention to detail.

### Requirements

* **2+ years of relevant video editing experience.**
* Strong portfolio demonstrating previous work.
* Good communication and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
* Candidates should be comfortable working from the office in Bareilly.
