**Responsibilities:**
1. **Inbound and Outbound Calls:** Handle incoming calls from potential customers interested in tour packages. Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries.
2. **Customer Queries:** Address customer inquiries, concerns, and questions related to tour packages, destinations, pricing, and services. Provide accurate and comprehensive information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
3. **Product Knowledge:** Possess a deep understanding of the various tour packages, services, and offers provided by the company. Stay updated on the latest promotions, discounts, and special deals.
4. **Sales:** Actively promote tour packages, upsell additional services, and close sales deals with potential customers. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
5. **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. **Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and sales transactions. Update customer profiles and databases as necessary.
7. **Follow-Up:** Follow up with customers to gather feedback on their tour experiences and address any post-sales inquiries or concerns.
**Qualifications:**
– Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
– A passion for travel and a good knowledge of popular tourist destinations.
– Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
– Flexibility to work in shifts and handle a high volume of calls.
– High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
