Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Adobe Photoshop Editor to create refined, high-quality visuals for our website, Instagram, marketing campaigns, catalogues, e-commerce platforms, and other digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:
1 Professionally edit and retouch high-resolution fashion and product photographs.
2 Perform colour correction, skin retouching, fabric enhancement, background removal, and image clean-up.
3 Accurately preserve the colours, textures, and intricate details of embroidery, zari, gota, and other embellishments.
4 Create high-quality social media creatives, banners, campaign visuals, and promotional artwork.
5 Prepare and optimise images for websites, e-commerce platforms, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
6 Maintain consistency in image quality, colour accuracy, and visual style across all brand communications.
7 Manage layered Photoshop files and organise image assets efficiently.
8 Collaborate closely with photography, creative, and marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver work within deadlines.
9 Ensure all final visuals meet the brand’s quality, aesthetic, and presentation standards.

Skills Required:
1 Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
2 Good understanding of professional photo retouching and colour correction.
3 Excellent knowledge of layers, masks, selections, adjustment layers, blending, and compositing.
4 Strong eye for detail, colour, proportion, texture, and composition.
5 Ability to create premium, sophisticated, and natural-looking images.
6 Experience with fashion, textile, product, luxury, or e-commerce photography will be preferred.
7 Knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Illustrator, or InDesign will be an added advantage.
8 Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
