Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new sales leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and site visits.

Conduct property presentations, site visits, and explain project details to potential buyers.

Maintain a strong understanding of company projects, property specifications, pricing, and payment plans.

Handle customer queries, concerns, documentation, and follow-ups in a professional manner.

Assist clients with property selection, financial planning, legal processes, and agreement handling.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to build repeat and referral business.

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company goals.

Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns or events.

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and updates in CRM tools.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
