**Job Description:**
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Channel Partner Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Channel Partner Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new channel partners, nurturing existing relationships, and driving business growth through effective communication and collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Acquire new channel partners from our existing database and external sources.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing business partners.
– Understand customer and business needs to effectively cross-sell and up-sell ISO Certifications.
– Coordinate with internal teams (support, management) to ensure smooth partner onboarding and service delivery.
– Serve as a liaison between Absolute ERP and our ISO Certification bodies and business partners.
– Regularly assess, clarify, and validate partner needs and performance to ensure high satisfaction.
– Collaborate with other sales channels to mitigate potential conflicts and maximize sales opportunities.

**Requirements:**
– **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in a similar role.
– **Education:** Master’s degree preferred.
– **Skills:** Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– **Attributes:** Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
– **Location:** Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

**Salary and Benefits:**
– **Salary:** INR 25,000 to 35,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
– **Salary Type:** Monthly.
– **Career Level:** Executive.
– **Gender:** Female candidates preferred.
