Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Associate to manage order fulfillment and ensure seamless coordination between customers, vendors, and delivery partners. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing dispatches, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records while resolving any logistics-related challenges promptly.
Key Responsibilities
• Order & Vendor Management: Manage customer orders and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.
• Courier Coordination: Liaise with courier and delivery partners to facilitate smooth shipments and resolve delivery-related issues quickly.
• Inventory & Tracking: Maintain and regularly update Excel-based inventory and order tracking sheets for accurate reporting.
• Shipment Monitoring: Track shipment statuses, identify potential delays, and troubleshoot logistics challenges effectively.
• Partner Management: Support the onboarding and ongoing management of logistics and delivery partners.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
(preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage tracking and reporting efficiently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of e-commerce or retail logistics will be an advantage.
