We are currently seeking a Factory Worker Helper / Molder to join our team at Industrial Polymers. As a vital member of our rubber manufacturing unit, you will assist in various tasks related to production and molding processes.

**Responsibilities:**
– Assist in the production of rubber products according to established procedures and specifications
– Perform tasks such as mold preparation, material handling, and quality control inspections
– Operate machinery and equipment under supervision
– Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
– Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

**Requirements:**
– No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
– Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery preferred
