**Position:** Tele Sales Representative
**Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
**Experience Required:** 1 Year
**Qualification:** Bachelor’s Degree
**Gender:** Both

**Responsibilities:**
– Contact potential customers to introduce our products/services using provided scripts.
– Answer questions about our products/services and highlight their benefits.
– Provide detailed information on pricing, negotiate, and close deals.
– Record customer details and their reactions to the product/service.
– Follow up on initial contacts and maintain relationships with existing customers.
– Update customer databases with contact details and relevant information.
– Adjust sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
– Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company quotas and goals.
– Stay updated on competing products/services and industry trends.
– Participate in sales meetings and contribute to achieving company objectives.
– Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as a Tele Sales Representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
– Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
– Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to deliver compelling presentations.
– High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
– Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Resilience and persistence in achieving sales goals.
– Flexibility to work on weekends.
