**Job Description:**

Jurysoft Global Private Limited is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in packaging design, logo creation, and brand development. The ideal candidate will be a design leader with a passion for crafting innovative visual solutions and driving the growth of our brand through strategic design initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Design Leadership:** Lead design projects with a focus on packaging design, logo creation, and brand elements. Mentor junior designers and foster their professional growth.
– **Packaging Design:** Develop compelling and functional packaging designs aligned with brand guidelines and target audiences. Oversee the creation of packaging concepts, prototypes, and final designs for various products.
– **Logo and Brand Elements:** Design and refine logos, brand identities, and other visual elements representing our brand’s image and values. Ensure consistency and cohesion across all brand touchpoints.
– **Brand Development:** Collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement brand strategies, visual identities, and marketing materials. Ensure all design work supports and enhances the overall brand strategy.
– **Concept Development:** Generate creative design concepts for diverse projects, including digital and print media. Present ideas to clients and internal teams, incorporating feedback to achieve project goals.
– **Project Management:** Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and high-quality outcomes. Coordinate with vendors, printers, and other external partners as needed.
– **Quality Assurance:** Review and approve design deliverables, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
– **Industry Trends:** Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in packaging design, logo creation, and brand development. Apply this knowledge to innovate and elevate design solutions.
– **Collaborative Work:** Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure design efforts align with strategic goals and project requirements.

**Qualifications:**

– **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications are a plus.
– **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a proven track record in packaging design, logo creation, and brand development.
– **Technical Skills:** Expertise in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, and other relevant tools. Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
– **Design Skills:** Strong understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, layout, and composition. Demonstrated experience in creating effective packaging solutions and brand identities.
– **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design ideas to clients and team members.
– **Project Management:** Proven experience managing design projects, with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
– **Leadership:** Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of guiding junior designers and leading design initiatives.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

– **Experience:** Previous experience in a senior or lead designer role, particularly in [industry or sector relevant to your company].
– **Knowledge:** Advanced knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience designing for web and mobile applications.
– **Portfolio:** A diverse and impressive portfolio showcasing expertise in packaging design, logo creation, and brand development.
