Job Title: AutoCAD & STAAD Designer – Pre Engineered Steel Building (PEB) Design & Estimation

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD & STAAD Designer with strong expertise in Pre Engineered Steel Building (PEB) design, detailing, and estimation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate structural drawings, performing structural analysis, and generating material take offs and cost estimates for PEB projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for PEB structures including plans, sections, elevations, and connection details.
• Perform structural analysis and design using STAAD.Pro as per industry standards and codes.
• Develop PEB design calculations, load analysis, and member sizing.
• Prepare BOQ, material take-offs, and estimation sheets for steel structures.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Review and optimize structural designs for cost efficiency and safety.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes (IS, MBMA, AISC, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 1–5+ years of experience in PEB design, detailing, or estimation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and STAAD.Pro is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of steel structures and connection details.
• Ability to read architectural/structural drawings and convert them into PEB models.
• Good knowledge of IS codes and PEB industry standards.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Tekla, MBS, or similar structural modeling tools.
• Knowledge of fabrication workflows and erection processes.
• Experience working in PEB companies or steel structure consultancies.
