**Job Description:**
LearningIAS is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting data from various sources into our systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Additionally, you will be involved in data verification, updating records, and organizing files for easy retrieval.

**Responsibilities:**
– Inputting information from multiple sources into databases or systems with high accuracy.
– Verifying data for errors, correcting any discrepancies, and ensuring data integrity.
– Updating and maintaining existing records with new information as required.
– Organizing and managing data files systematically to facilitate efficient data retrieval.
– Generating regular reports based on entered data for management review.
– Ensuring confidentiality and security of all data by following data protection protocols.
– Collaborating with team members to optimize data entry processes and project completion.
– Assisting with basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning documents, and managing correspondence.
– Utilizing data entry software and tools proficiently to enhance productivity.
– Actively staying informed about new technologies and best practices in data management.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
– Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry.
– Proficiency in data entry software, databases, and MS Office.
– Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
– Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
