Job Description:
We are looking for a Site Paint Technician to prepare surfaces and apply protective coatings for concrete and metal structures. The role involves handling epoxy, PU, and other specialized coatings, operating equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met on site.
Key Responsibilities:
➡️ Prepare concrete and metal surfaces by grinding, shot blasting, scarifying, or cleaning before coating application
➡️ Mix epoxy resin, hardener, and other coating materials according to manufacturer specifications
➡️ Apply epoxy primer, self‑levelling epoxy, epoxy mortar, PU coatings, and protective coatings using appropriate tools and techniques
➡️ Operate and maintain equipment such as grinders, vacuum cleaners, mixers, and polishing machines
➡️ Ensure proper curing and finishing of coated surfaces
➡️ Follow project drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards
➡️ Assist in loading, unloading, and safe storage of materials and equipment
Desired Skills:
➡️ Knowledge of epoxy and PU coating applications
➡️ Ability to operate and maintain coating equipment
➡️ Understanding of surface preparation techniques
➡️ Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
➡️ Good teamwork and coordination skills
