Job Overview

Helpers-Helpers is seeking reliable and hardworking Crane & Forklift Support Helpers to assist with lifting operations, material handling, and on-site logistics. The ideal candidates will support crane operators and forklift drivers to ensure safe and efficient site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist crane and forklift operators during lifting and material handling operations
Help with loading and unloading of materials
Perform rigging, signaling, and guiding of equipment
Maintain a clean and organized worksite
Follow safety procedures and site regulations at all times
Support general site logistics and warehouse activities

Requirements

Previous experience in construction, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred
Basic knowledge of lifting and rigging operations is an advantage
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team

Strong awareness of workplace safety

Preferred Qualifications
Valid forklift license (for operator positions)
Rigging or lifting certification
Experience working around cranes and heavy equipment
