Job Title: Database Calling Executive (IndiaMART Leads)
Location: Shahzada Bagh, Delhi (In-Office)
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Database Calling Executive to handle outbound calls using data/leads received from IndiaMART. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, and generating sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
– Call prospective customers from the provided IndiaMART database.
– Introduce and explain company products/services clearly.
– Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication.
– Convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
– Maintain and update customer data in records.
– Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
– Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and client handling.

Requirements:
– Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
– Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
– Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
– Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred (IndiaMART calling experience is a plus).
– Confident, target-oriented, and persuasive personality.

Working Hours:
– Full-Time (9:30 AM – 7:00 PM)
– 6 Days Working

Salary:
– Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives
– Salary based on experience
