**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Distributor Sales Representative to join our team at Mars Petrochem Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and implementing strategic plans to expand our customer base.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
– Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market.
– Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
– Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
– Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
– Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience as a Distributor Sales Representative or similar role in industrial sales, preferably in lubricant oils and grease.
– Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field; MBA is a plus.
