Handle incoming calls from patients and attenders professionally.
Provide information about hospital services, doctors’ availability, OPD timings, and departments.
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments in the HMS/CRM system.
Assist patients with queries related to reports, billing status, admission details, and diagnostics.
Coordinate with internal departments (OPD, IPD, Billing, Laboratory, Radiology, etc.) for patient requirements.
Maintain call logs and update patient records accurately.
Resolve complaints politely or escalate them to the supervisor when required.
Ensure high-quality customer service and follow call-handling protocols
