As a Global Support System Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing daily phone calls, converting calls into potential leads, and further nurturing these leads into successful applications. Manage Daily Calls: Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and professionally.
Lead Generation: Engage with callers to identify their needs and interests, gather relevant information, and convert calls into potential leads.
Lead Nurturing: Maintain a proactive approach in building relationships with leads over the phone, providing information, addressing queries, and guiding them through the application process.
Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of our products, services, and offerings to effectively communicate their value to potential leads.
Documentation: Accurately document call details, including lead information, call outcomes, and any follow-up actions required.
Follow-Up: Initiate timely follow-up calls or emails to nurture leads and encourage them to take the next steps in the application process.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address concerns, and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead conversion targets.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and call logs in the CRM system.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek feedback and training opportunities to enhance your calling and conversion skills.
· High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
· Previous experience in a call center or telemarketing role is preferred.
· Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanor.
· Strong active listening skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with callers.
· Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and data entry.
· Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
