**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team in Kashipur. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor.

– Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
– Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
– Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
– Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
– Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
– Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
– Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.

– Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
– Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
– Professional attitude and appearance.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
– Female candidates will be preferred.
