We are looking for a capable and experienced Stock Supervisor to manage all raw material inventory operations, including incoming and outward stock. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible for maintaining accurate stock records while ensuring efficient inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all raw material stock receipts and dispatches.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure proper documentation of all stock movements.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, and warehouse teams.
• Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
• Maintain a clean and organized storage area.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory procedures.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Stock Supervisor, Store Keeper, or in a similar inventory management role.
• Good knowledge of stock management and inventory control.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Honest, vigilant, and responsible attitude.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred)
