**Job Description:**
NFP Sampoorna Foods Limited is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The primary role of the Sales Manager will be to coordinate with promoters at stores to boost sales, ensure purchase orders (PO) are generated, and manage material delivery to stores. Additionally, the manager will follow up with stores for payment collection and work on increasing sales from each store. The role is focused on enhancing Business to Consumer (B2C) sales and driving growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Coordinate with promoters at stores to drive sales and promote products
– Ensure that purchase orders (POs) are generated and materials are delivered to stores
– Follow up with stores to ensure timely payment collection
– Implement strategies to increase sales from each store
– Prepare staff in advance for upcoming festivals, events, and peak seasons
– Focus on corporate and event gifting to increase business opportunities
– Analyze sales trends and create plans for sales enhancement
**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in sales management (minimum 2 years)
– Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Ability to work on B2C sales strategies and enhance sales growth
– Must be able to keep store staff prepared and motivated for upcoming events
– Experience in corporate gifting or event sales is a plus
