About the Role
We are launching a premium packaged drinking water brand in Gurugram and are looking for a high-energy, execution-focused Sales & Marketing Manager who can build the market from scratch.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands FMCG distribution, retail activation, corporate/institutional sales, and digital marketing coordination, and who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Your Mission
Your mission is simple:
Build the brand
Establish and scale distribution
Achieve daily sales of 5,000–10,000 cartons in Gurugram
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy for Gurugram
Build and manage FMCG distribution networks (distributors, retailers, modern trade)
Drive retail activation, visibility, and in-store branding
Lead corporate, institutional, and HoReCa sales
Coordinate with agencies and internal teams for digital marketing and brand promotion
Monitor market performance, pricing, and competitor activity
Recruit, train, and manage the sales team
Track KPIs, daily sales numbers, and channel-wise performance
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in FMCG sales & marketing, preferably beverages or packaged foods
Strong understanding of Gurugram/Delhi NCR market
Experience building distribution from zero or early stage
Ability to drive high-volume sales targets
Excellent negotiation, execution, and leadership skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a “get-things-done” attitude
