Job Description
• Manage IndiaMART leads daily and ensure fast follow-ups (<10 minutes)
• Allocate leads to junior sales executives and monitor their performance
• Track and improve lead conversion rates and collections
• Maintain daily and weekly MIS for management (CRM/Excel-based)
• Ensure smooth coordination with back office, accounts, and operations
• Coach junior sales staff on call scripts, follow-ups, and best practices
• Implement structured sales processes and SOPs
