📌 About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Unit Head / Team Lead to manage a team of 8–10 call agents. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth team operations, monitor performance, provide coaching, and help the team achieve monthly targets.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Handle and supervise a team of 8–10 telecalling associates
Assign leads to team members and track daily productivity
Monitor and audit calls regularly to ensure quality standards
Evaluate weekly and monthly performance of the team
Ensure associates meet their weekly and monthly targets
Review call duration and adherence metrics
Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to team members
Set strategies to improve performance and target achievement
Ensure monthly target completion and team efficiency
🎯 You Are Expected To Have
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
Knowledge of any regional language is an added advantage
3+ years of total experience with minimum 1 year in team handling
Good proficiency in MS Excel
Hands‑on experience working with CRM systems
Strong leadership, monitoring, and reporting skills
