We are seeking a motivated Operations Executive with 2+ years of experience to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. The Operations Executive will work closely with various departments to streamline operations and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities
Handling Inbound/Outbound Calls for resolving queries and inquiries of customers.
Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Monitor daily operations and address potential issues proactively.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational workflow.
Analyze operational performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
Prepare and maintain reports on operational activities and performance metrics.
Support the management in strategic planning and execution of projects.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
Strong understanding of supply chain management and operational processes.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
