We are seeking a motivated and results-driven RM-Telesales with 1-5 years of experience to join our dynamic sales team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with potential customers. This role requires a proactive approach to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions while achieving sales targets.

*Responsibilities:*
Conduct outbound/Inbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively communicating the value of the offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective follow-up and communication.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share.

*Skills and Qualifications:*
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1-5 years of experience in Telesales or telemarketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong command of English and Hindi.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
