The ideal candidate should be highly soft spoken and ready to work in customer support. Customer
Service Executives are required to answer incoming calls from customers for various reasons and make
outbound calls to customer answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.
Rolls and Responsibilities
• Associate will be responsible for handling incoming and outbound calls from customers/Patients.
• Answer calls professionally to provide information about Doctor schedule, hospital services,
book and cancel appointments, or obtain details of complaints.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints,
and comments, as well as actions taken in the CRM.
Competencies and Skills Required
1. Good communications skills
Qualifications/Other Requirements
1. Any Graduate/Preferably Science Graduate
2. 0 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
3. Should be fluent in English/Gujrati & Hindi
4. Candidate should be comfortable with Rotational Shifts & Week offs (Night shifts also).
** *No night shifts for female.
Designation: Patient Relationship Officer
Salary: 18,000/- to 19,000/- CTC
Workdays per week: 6 days (Rotational week off)
