Role Summary
The Collection Executive is responsible for following up with customers on outstanding payments, ensuring timely recovery, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall collection operations. This role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and adherence to compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Follow up with customers for due/overdue payments, explain outstanding amounts, resolve queries, and offer payment options.
• Maintain daily collection records, update CRM/MIS, and ensure all communication follows regulatory and company guidelines.
• Coordinate with field collection teams for on ground follow-ups when needed.

Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher secondary education.
2. 0–3 years of experience in collections (FinTech/NBFC/BFSI preferred).
3. Good communication and negotiation skills.
4. Basic understanding of loan products and repayment cycles.
