**About the Role:**
Pearl Freight Services Pvt. Ltd is looking for a Senior Recruiter specialized in field HR recruitment for bulk hiring. The candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience and should be proficient in sourcing candidates for various blue-collar positions such as Picker, Packer, Loader, Helper, Laborer, and other similar requirements on a need basis.
**Responsibilities:**
– Source and recruit candidates for blue-collar positions as per the company’s requirements.
– Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ suitability for the roles.
– Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
– Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and priorities.
– Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
– Manage the entire recruitment process, from screening resumes to making job offers.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
**Requirements:**
– Minimum 2+ years of experience in field HR recruitment, preferably in bulk hiring for blue-collar positions.
– Strong sourcing and networking skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
– Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software.
– Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and staffing.
