Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to manage customer interactions, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
• Accurately log customer queries, complaints, and service requests in the system
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Escalate unresolved or complex concerns to the appropriate department
• Identify and highlight key customer feedback and recurring issues to management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM systems)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good customer relationship management skills
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is an advantage
