osition: Deputy HR
Experience Required: 4–6 years in Human Resources
Location: H.O , Jawahar Nagar Srinagar
Employment Type: Full-time
Education : Relevant Degree/ Diploma
Payband: 4.80 LPA (Commensurate on interview , qualification & experience- Best in market.)
Key Responsibilities:
Support the HR function in day-to-day operations and overall HR strategy.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Assist in performance management cycles and training & development programs.
Prepare HR reports and support audits as required.
