Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Civil Engineer to oversee project planning, design, and execution for industrial construction projects. This on-site position is based in Ahmedabad and involves tasks such as managing civil engineering designs, supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality industrial projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge and expertise in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles.
Proven experience in Engineering Project Planning and coordinating construction activities.
Proficiency in Stormwater Management and similar infrastructure-focused solutions.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required; a professional engineering license is preferred.
Prior experience in managing industrial projects is a strong advantage.
Manage manpower and supervise all site activities in line with the approved work schedule.
Monitor end-of-day costing and analyze expenses against departmental work output.
Estimate, raise, and track material requirements (TMT, RMC, and other construction materials) as per execution plan.
Maintain and upgrade site documentation & processes, including DPR, DLR, Cube Register, Pour Card, Checklists, and Inspection Reports.
Prepare and verify monthly contractor bills, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely certification
