Receptionist
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-spoken Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for members, visitors, and callers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome members and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation
• Handle inquiries and provide basic information about services
• Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
• Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
