**Job Description:**
Rajyog Toyota is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for various sales activities related to Toyota vehicles and services. This role involves interacting with customers, attending inquiries and test drives, participating in dealership events, and facilitating the complete sales process from order booking to vehicle delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Attend customer inquiries and arrange test drives.
– Participate in various Toyota/dealership events.
– Book vehicle orders and manage retail sales in showroom and field settings.
– Promote and sell Toyota Value Pack (Smiles Package), Toyota Life Long Body Coating, in-house insurance, in-house finance, and accessories.
– Prepare and update files for vehicle registration, maintain File Status Report, and coordinate with the Team Leader for vehicle delivery scheduling.
– Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers.
– Report daily activities to the Team Leader.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the automotive industry preferred.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Strong negotiation and sales skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
– Basic computer proficiency for preparing reports and updating sales records.
